Karl Reed is a 2012 graduate of Newberry College in Newberry, SC with a degree in Physical Education/Teacher Certification with a minor in History and Coaching and a 2018 MBA graduate of Limestone University. At Newberry College he was a nationally ranked Div. II Wrestler and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. After the passing of one of his athletes in 2013, Karl developed a love for Mixed Martial Arts. This became his outlet and later a passion. Karl would later create the NoWorries Foundation where his mission is to provide programs that enable children and adults to thrive in extraordinary experiences that strengthen self-confidence and amplifies their amazing potential in a safe environment to our community while assisting them in being prepared for the stages of life ahead.
Karl is married to Quiana Anderson Reed, and they have two boys Deuce(2) and Kash(1).

Jason Hill works as a staff accountant for Gosnell Menard Robinson Infante CPAs. Mr. Hill, a native of Spartanburg, SC and was a member of the Wofford College Football team from 2015-2019. While at Wofford he served as the President (Polemarch) of the Nu Chi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi from 2017-2019. He currently holds a bachelor degree in Accounting from Wofford College and is finishing his Masters of Accountancy program at Gardner-Webb. He Plans to sit for the CPA exam in the near future. Mr. Hill also runs a real estate holding company, Hill Investment Properties which operates out of Spartanburg, SC.
